Meet Our Founders

Pat T. D'Angelo
Founder, President & CEO

Mr. D'Angelo has been involved in the high technology arena for nearly 26 years in various technical sales, consulting and management positions.  His experience covers many diverse areas of technical business computing and consulting. Pat held various technical and management positions at Stratus Computer and was responsible for the development of new global markets for high-end computer systems and professional services. As a decorated U.S. Navy man, Mr. D'Angelo served 6 years as an avionics systems manager in the exciting high-tech naval aviation field.

Mr. D'Angelo serves on the Board of Directors, the Executive Committee and is the Vice Chair of Technology of The International Business Council of South Florida.  He also serves on the Board of Directors of Young Adventurers, a for-profit corporation  "Building Character And Vision In Young America."

Andrew G. Frankford
Co-founder, V.P., Chief Technology Officer

Mr. Frankford has served as the CTO of Alliance Commerce since its inception. He worked with the IBM Corporation for over 30 years as a lead systems design engineer. During his tenure, he was involved as a design engineer in several mainframe applications like the popular CICS application developed by IBM. In later years, Andy was a managerial engineer in the development of IBM's OS/2 Operating System. He has also worked with several Fortune 500 and Fortune 1000 companies in a systems designer and consulting capacity.
